About the role
- Develop an in-depth understanding of CLEAResult Energy Transition offerings, with the ability to present and demonstrate capabilities in client meetings and industry conferences
- Originate & qualify opportunities: monitor RFPs/RFIs, policy/regulatory dockets and funding; run go/no-go and investment cases.
- Lead deal strategy: define win themes, differentiation, teaming/partnering approach, value props, and solution architecture.
- Develop and manage partner ecosystem: OEMs, platforms and specialty subs; negotiate roles, rates and scopes.
- Price‑to‑win & commercial modeling: develop pricing on budgets and incentive strategies.
- Lead solutioning across DER/DR, and transportation electrification portfolios.
- Own proposal strategy: storyboard, section leadership, SME alignment, compliance matrix, and red‑team close.
- Define implementation readiness: startup plans, KPIs, reporting, and tech/partner integration assumptions for a clean delivery handoff.
- Guide collection and interpretation of market data to identify trends, market dynamics and customer insights.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic decision‑making; leverage existing and new research.
- Use industry data sets and policy/regulatory resources to generate actionable recommendations and share findings across the organization.
- Represent CLEAResult externally; stay abreast of market developments and emerging technologies.
- Engage in trade associations, conferences and policy forums to shape markets and inform internal investments.
Requirements
- 8+ years in energy transition/DSM program administration or consulting
- Fluency across electrification, DER/DR & demand flexibility, and transportation electrification program models (C&I and residential).
- Demonstrated commercial leadership in go/no‑go, teaming strategies, budgets/pricing, and proposal leadership.
- Ability to convert policy/regulatory and competitive insights into pipeline, positioning and product requirements.
- Existing relationships with utility program leaders, regulators and key OEM/platform partners.
- Experience integrating DRMS/DERMS platforms and EVSE networks, or leading complex pilots and program launches.
- Track record of cross‑functional leadership (BD, proposals, product/tech, delivery, legal, IT/security) on complex pursuits.
