About the role
- Guide energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities
- Help program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching
- Conduct site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities
- Write detailed reports for varied audiences
- Facilitate training workshops and conduct onsite energy audits
Requirements
- Experience in continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred
- Ability to motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
- Experience in developing overall continuous improvement plans
- Experience in facilitating training workshops and onsite energy audits
- Ability to analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
- Strong report writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to develop site improvement plans
