Requirements
Experience in continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred
Ability to motivate and coach plant/facility management and teams
Experience in developing overall continuous improvement plans
Experience in facilitating training workshops and onsite energy audits
Ability to analyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis
Strong report writing skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to develop site improvement plans
