About the role

  • Activate solar systems for homes and businesses, ensuring they are approved and ready to operate
  • Monitor system performance and investigate problems by checking alerts and reports from platforms like Enphase and SolarEdge
  • Create and review reports to track performance issues, production drops, and other system concerns
  • Maintain systems that need further investigation or are being watched for issues
  • Map out new solar system setups on Enphase and SolarEdge
  • Create login sheets and setup information for customer systems
  • Set up accounts for report systems and manage those reports
  • Clean up old or duplicate records to keep data accurate

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and experienced with data or systems monitoring
  • Confident using platforms like Enphase, SolarEdge, or similar tools
  • Comfortable updating customer records and managing case details
  • Enjoy solving technical issues and improving workflows
  • Proactive, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Ability to work remotely and communicate clearly with your team
  • Excited to support clean energy and sustainable solutions
  • Willing to work in a US time zone schedule
  • Secure technical setup including: At least a 720p HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, a backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source, a main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM, a backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
