About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- connect with candidates and guide them through the hiring process
- conduct phone and video screenings to evaluate candidates
- coordinate interview schedules and manage recruitment pipelines
- follow up with candidates on onboarding requirements
- conduct reference checks and support credential verification
- support recruitment events and hiring campaigns
- maintain recruiting records and documentation
- ensure confidentiality and compliance with candidate information
Requirements
What you’ll need- fluent in English and Spanish
- experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up
- comfortable conducting phone and video interviews independently
- strong organizational and administrative skills
- ability to manage high-volume applicant pipelines without losing attention to detail
- proactive in identifying issues
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- professionalism, empathy, and compassion in communication
- technical setup with specified equipment requirements
