• Lead and oversee strategic, financial, and operational performance of a +25-location, +300-employee, +$200M division
• Share full P&L accountability and drive sustainable top-line growth and profitability
• Collaborate with doctors and regional leadership to maximize sales revenue and improve clinical outcomes
• Develop and execute divisional sales strategies, pricing, promotions, and patient acquisition tactics
• Utilize CRM, analytics, and predictive modeling to enhance sales effectiveness and forecasting
• Support day-to-day operations, implement technology and standardized workflows across locations
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure compliance, patient experience, and clinical excellence
• Build and lead sales specialists, general managers, and regional directors to foster high-performance culture
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA) and manage stakeholder and community engagement
