About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with business units across the enterprise to document current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for cross-functional process improvement initiatives
Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for standardization across departments
Support prioritization of the enterprise process improvement pipeline in partnership with leadership
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide process excellence standards, frameworks, playbooks, and documentation
Ensure process documentation is current, clear, and actively used across business units
Serve as a liaison between operations, business units, and other functional teams on enterprise process excellence initiatives
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews across business units to surface pain points and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with process owners and technology teams to translate improvement opportunities into actionable initiatives
Support change management and communication planning for enterprise process initiatives
Track, measure, and report on efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes of process excellence initiatives
Provide leadership with enterprise-wide visibility into process performance trends and improvement outcomes
Maintain awareness of automation and AI-enabled tools relevant to process improvement and flag potential opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations excellence
Demonstrated experience with process mapping, business requirements gathering, and data analysis
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reporting or business intelligence tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings to stakeholders across departments
Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and business units
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
Experience supporting organizational change management preferred
General awareness of automation or AI-enabled tools preferred; hands-on experience is a plus but not required
Background screening, HR technology, or B2B SaaS industry experience preferred
