Design user-centered experiences for websites and digital platforms
Create and evolve information architectures including sitemaps, navigation models, and content hierarchies
Develop user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate experience logic
Collaborate with strategy and content teams to align UX with messaging and business goals
Partner with visual designers to ensure UX intent carries through to final design
Participate in user research, usability testing, and insights synthesis
Present UX concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients
Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data
Support multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

Requirements

2+ years of experience in UX design, information architecture, or a related field
Agency experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
Experience designing navigation systems and structuring complex content
Ability to translate abstract problems into clear, logical experiences
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar
Strong communication skills and comfort explaining design decisions
Collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines
