About the role
- Design user-centered experiences for websites and digital platforms
- Create and evolve information architectures including sitemaps, navigation models, and content hierarchies
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate experience logic
- Collaborate with strategy and content teams to align UX with messaging and business goals
- Partner with visual designers to ensure UX intent carries through to final design
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and insights synthesis
- Present UX concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data
- Support multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX design, information architecture, or a related field
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
- Experience designing navigation systems and structuring complex content
- Ability to translate abstract problems into clear, logical experiences
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar
- Strong communication skills and comfort explaining design decisions
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines
