About the role

  • Manage and operate cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or OCI), ensuring availability, performance, and scalability.
  • Manage infrastructure resources such as servers, storage, networking, DNS, load balancers, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Create, version, and maintain infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents.
  • Develop, evolve, and support CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD), automating deployments and operational routines.
  • Respond to critical incidents, performing end-to-end troubleshooting and collaborating with engineering, observability, and security teams.
  • Support the definition of monitoring, metrics, and logging (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Graylog).
  • Create dashboards, alerts, and SLOs/SLIs focused on service health and reliability.
  • Maintain and evolve Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS/GKE): deployments, configs, secrets, security policies, and component upgrades.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to perform change implementations (GMUDs), extraordinary actions, and incident response.
  • Work closely with developers, SREs, and InfraOps teams to promote automation, standardization, and reduction of toil.
  • Contribute to cloud governance and basic FinOps practices, monitoring costs and recommending optimizations.
  • Document processes, create playbooks, and support continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience administering Linux and/or Windows servers.
  • Knowledge of cloud storage solutions (blobs, buckets, file systems, snapshots, etc.).
  • Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, and scripting).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, especially in distributed and critical environments.
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes orchestration (AKS, EKS, GKE).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and practices.
Benefits
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
