About the role
- Analyze commercial proposals to understand the project scope.
- Map the client's logistics processes within the project scope and design operational flows that integrate the software's functionality with the client's specific needs, aiming to optimize operations.
- Prepare and deliver training for end users, ensuring they are able to use all software features, and provide support materials such as manuals and tutorials.
- Assemble and execute test plans (UAT, scenarios, data sets).
- Monitor and provide support for client testing.
- Assist with and execute the cutover plan with the client to ensure a successful Go Live.
- Provide technical support during and after software implementation, resolving questions and issues that may arise, and ensuring the client uses the solution efficiently.
- Monitor and follow up on the client's logistics operation to ensure the software solution is working as expected, opening tickets when necessary.
- Plan and coordinate all implementation phases, from requirements gathering to project closure, ensuring deadlines are met and the project is delivered with quality.
- Serve as the point of contact between the client and internal teams such as development, support, and sales, ensuring the client's requests and expectations are met.
- Create and maintain implementation documentation. Formalize decisions, alignments, and customizations performed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of logistics processes (transportation, routing, pickups, deliveries, TMS).
- Ability to map processes, gather requirements, and document operational flows.
- Basic understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML).
- Clear and assertive communication with clients.
- Previous experience with software implementations.
- Experience preparing functional and/or technical documentation.
- Familiarity with simple modeling tools (Miro, Draw.io, or Visio).
