Revenue Operations

• Own the technical foundation of our revenue stack
• Lead the design, administration, and optimization of our CRM and core GTM systems
• Focus on automation, integrations, and data governance
• Ensure system changes are tested, documented, and released through a disciplined change management process
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize integrations across our GTM stack
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure integrations are reliable and well-documented
• Own relationships and configurations for enrichment and data quality tools
• Design and maintain enrichment workflows that support routing, scoring, and account assignment
• Identify opportunities to automate manual GTM processes
• Act as the escalation point for system issues affecting GTM execution
• Define and enforce standards for data quality, naming conventions, and field usage across GTM systems

• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targets
• Manage the full sales cycle from a named account territory including: prospecting, managing the sales funnel, running discovery, product demos, qualifying and closing deals
• Manage in-depth finance conversations and objections with Founders and CFOs
• Nurture your closed lost pipeline effectively and align to customer capital needs
• Selling across the US with a focus on SMB to mid-market ecommerce businesses
• Track leads and sales metrics - experiment with different outreach approaches and use data to identify those that work best
• Act as a true partner for each client by understanding their business goals, key initiatives to achieve those goals, and how Clearco funding will help drive these desired results
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Founder Success, Diligence, Risk, Product, and Engineering to maximize value for our clients
• Continue to be a subject matter expert on alternative and traditional finance options, ecommerce trends, and top verticals

Senior Account Executive

• Execute and continuously optimize revenue processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
• Manage and optimize our revenue technology ecosystem including Salesforce, HubSpot, and integrated platforms
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment and optimize performance
• Support revenue forecasting process and provide accurate, data-backed insights to executive team
• Manage commission calculations and compensation plan administration for revenue teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across the revenue organization

Marketing Operations

• Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot
• Manage campaign setup, lifecycle stage management, data management, and reporting
• Maintain and optimize marketing technology stack including ad platforms, Google Analytics 4, and SEO/SEM tools
• Leverage basic HTML and JavaScript skills for marketing capabilities
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and BDR/SDR teams for marketing-to-sales handoffs
• Develop marketing/sales communication strategies within HubSpot and Outreach.io
• Ensure data synchronization between HubSpot, Salesforce, and other connected systems
• Drive data integrity and accuracy across all marketing systems
• Develop reports and dashboards on marketing performance for senior leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Provide operational support for marketing campaigns and manage website operations
