About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assists the Operations Manager in overseeing all operations relating to installation of advertising copy
Helps manage production operations including construction, installations and material management activities
Collaborates with sales, marketing and finance to set pricing for production services
Provides operational counsel to branch with emphasis on productivity, cost, safety, environmental issues
Monitors, audits and reports on compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company safety regulations
Coordinates & revises production schedules and priorities based on Client needs
Works with vendors to obtain quotes and make purchase of materials & equipment as needed
Performs administrative activities necessary for effective management of department
Initiates, evaluates and implements new technology, methods and procedures
Maintains accurate records for inventory of materials, clients, personnel and other reporting purposes
Represents the company at local agency hearings, inquiries, inspections, etc. as appropriate

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
Two (2) + years’ experience in the construction trade or related trades
One (1) + year of supervisory experience
Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
