About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assists the Operations Manager in overseeing all operations relating to installation of advertising copy
- Helps manage production operations including construction, installations and material management activities
- Collaborates with sales, marketing and finance to set pricing for production services
- Provides operational counsel to branch with emphasis on productivity, cost, safety, environmental issues
- Monitors, audits and reports on compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company safety regulations
- Coordinates & revises production schedules and priorities based on Client needs
- Works with vendors to obtain quotes and make purchase of materials & equipment as needed
- Performs administrative activities necessary for effective management of department
- Initiates, evaluates and implements new technology, methods and procedures
- Maintains accurate records for inventory of materials, clients, personnel and other reporting purposes
- Represents the company at local agency hearings, inquiries, inspections, etc. as appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience
- Two (2) + years’ experience in the construction trade or related trades
- One (1) + year of supervisory experience
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
