About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Region Operations Manager is primarily responsible for all properties functions of the airport advertising program inventory on-site within their defined region.
- Leadership and management of the in-field operations staff (employees and contractors).
- Work directly with Operations Managers, Market Managers, Account Executives, and advertising clients.
- Collaborate with Airport Management staff to implement and maintain sales opportunities and inventory.
- Manage all advertising program operations across the assigned portfolio.
- Ensure operational excellence, issue resolution, and successful program execution.
- Manage regional operating and capital budgets, forecasting, purchase orders, and expense controls.
- Evaluate portfolio performance, identifies operational trends and risks, implements corrective actions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
- 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in the field of Project Management and/or facilities maintenance
