About the role
- Hands-on development and data engineering
- Help clients build reliable, performant, and scalable data solutions to drive business outcomes
- Participate in development and team meetings led by project manager or scrum master
- Work in a blended environment with client and other CSTG team members
- Deliver cloud-native technical solutions leveraging modern application development
- Achieve required certifications
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building complex data solutions
- 2+ years Experience with Java, Scala and/or Python (functional programming a plus)
- Experience building ELT data or analytic pipelines (Spark, AWS Glue or Azure DataFactory)
- Experience with CI/CD (such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions)
- Experience with Containerization (such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes)
- Experience with NoSQL databases (such as CosmosDB, Dynamo, Cassandra, MongoDB)
- Ability to communicate technical ideas and designs to client teams
- AWS or Azure Certifications (preferred)
- Previous Consulting Experience (preferred)
- Experience with Databricks, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis, EventHub or other MPP technologies (preferred)
- Notebook development experience (Sagemaker, Jupyter, Zeppelin) (preferred)
