About the role
- Partner with the planning team to convert forecasts into supply plans; manage adjustments and reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory-to-sales ratios, manage safety stock strategies, reduce stock-outs and overstocks.
- Participate in monthly S&OP cycles, scenario planning, risk assessment, and alignment with fulfillment, ops, and finance.
- Build and maintain key supply metrics via Power BI + Excel/Google Sheets; make insights actionable.
- Work within NetSuite (inventory & purchasing modules) and assess where enhancements or complementary systems are needed.
- Identify bottlenecks, lead initiatives to automate or streamline processes, reduce manual workload.
- Help define roles & responsibilities within supply chain / operations so each person can own critical areas.
Requirements
- 5+ years in supply chain, operations, or logistics roles (experience in consumer goods, food, or retail strongly preferred)
- Experience with ERP system (NetSuite preferred experience with inventory, purchase orders, supply modules)
- Deep experience managing inventory and supply planning
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (modeling, scenario analysis, pivots)
- Power BI (or equivalent BI tool) experience in dashboarding and data visualization
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with imperfect data and driving improvement
- Excellent communicator: able to translate supply insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience defining processes, driving standardization, and building scalable workflows
