Ability to perform within a constantly changing environment; each day brings its own challenges and work to perform
Repair of properties that have suffered water or fire damage
Removal of damaged material
Placement and use of drying equipment when needed
Develop an understanding of water loss procedures
Provide consistent and seamless communication to coworkers and clients
Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in water mitigation is a plus
IICRC Water Damage Restoration is a plus
Experience in commercial and residential restoration is a plus
Experience using small to medium power tools to remove building materials
Access to reliable transportation to and from work
Valid Driver’s License
Must be physically able to lift 50lbs
Available for occasional on call shifts
Ability to work on feet for extended periods in semi-confined spaces
A willingness to work in potentially hot, cold, or wet environments
The upmost respect of the safety of self and others
