About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with our water restoration services.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to clients, demonstrating a proactive approach to addressing concerns and maintaining a strong client rapport.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with existing teams to explore potential leads and develop them into long-term clients.
  • Complete presentations/meetings with prospective clients.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute event marketing strategies at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for a select number of strategic clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Provide regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and business development activities for the marketing department.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in restoration or related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new client relationships leading to new business.
  • Experience with Commercial or Multi-Family property management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Approximately 50% of the time is expected to be spent conducting on-site client visits within the Fargo/Moorhead area.
  • Experience in event marketing and tradeshow coordination is a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Valid driver’s license
