About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with campaigns across digital and traditional channels including social media, email, website content, radio, advertising, and direct mail.
  • Contribute to communications initiatives that support community engagement, customer education, external messaging, and customer retention.
  • Assist with content development, research, and analysis to help strengthen CPA’s brand visibility and outreach.
  • Work closely with the Communications and Marketing team and collaborate with other teams including Customer Care, Customer Programs, and Load Forecasting.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of specialty marketing campaigns to promote CPA’s customer engagement, education, and program enrollment initiatives.
  • Responsible for development and production of marketing materials to promote CPA programs and overall brand.
  • Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools, or related software.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to fully own tasks and processes with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines and escalate key issues.
  • Experience with Google analytics, social media, and media monitoring analytics.
  • Strong understanding and practice of translating complex topics into engaging and informative content.
  • Proficient with data visualization tools and software (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
  • Experience with MailChimp, Survey Monkey, and Sales Force preferred.
