About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct audits based on company compliance metrics
Conduct full audits of Home Centers using the Audit Scorecard and associated Audit Scorecard Rules and Guidelines
Ensure compliance to all CMH operations policy and procedures
Travel extensively – generally three-four nights per week away from home (40+ weeks out of the year)
Ensure Home Center Managers are operating within company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent interpersonal skills
Time management skills
Attention to detail
Prior audit experience or accounting background is preferred
Competent in all areas of a Home Center audit.
Strong business analyst skills
Ability to read and interpret profit and loss statements and other reports
Strong working knowledge of all CMH operational systems including Link, CSS, AP, reports, allowance schedule, inventory management, payroll, and parts (bill-backs)
Strong written business communication skills
Ability to utilize basic business management software such as excel, power point, outlook, and word as well as all CMH proprietary software.
