About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Utilize QuickBooks and related financial software to monitor reporting accuracy and financial performance
- Use Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, and related tools to evaluate operational performance metrics
- Interpret data related to profitability, expenses, revenue, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and departmental teams
- Evaluate financial models and reporting metrics to support organizational strategy
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of financial and operational data
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
- Must live in, or near, Charleston, South Carolina.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Power BI, Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, or similar accounting and analytics platforms
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Nice to Have:
- Experience within healthcare staffing or healthcare operations
- Experience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and operational analytics
- Experience with reporting automation and system integrations
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or related professional certification
