About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations
Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities
Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Utilize QuickBooks and related financial software to monitor reporting accuracy and financial performance
Use Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, and related tools to evaluate operational performance metrics
Interpret data related to profitability, expenses, revenue, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and departmental teams
Evaluate financial models and reporting metrics to support organizational strategy
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of financial and operational data
Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement
Maintain compliance with organizational policies and reporting standards
Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (equivalent experience may be considered)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles
Must live in, or near, Charleston, South Carolina.
Experience using QuickBooks, Power BI, Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, or similar accounting and analytics platforms
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice to Have:
Experience within healthcare staffing or healthcare operations
Experience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and operational analytics
Experience with reporting automation and system integrations
MBA, CPA, CFA, or related professional certification
