About the role
- Support ADU construction, full home renovations, bathroom, and kitchen remodels
- Interact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to execute multiple projects
- Manage, lead, and support field crews
- Communicate with the office team via email and regular zoom meetings
- Help the business grow
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling
- Bilingual in English in Spanish
- Comfortable with a pre-employment background and drug screening
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and vendors
- Previous management experience is a huge plus, but not required
- Reliable transportation
