About the role
- Own and manage HubSpot administration, ensuring CRM health, data integrity, and scalable workflows
- Build and execute foundational CRM efforts to support lead capture, nurturing, and conversion
- Manage the full database nurture strategy and customized account-based content
- Create and publish social media posts aligned with brand voice and business goals
- Maintain consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- Support and optimize Google Reviews strategy
- Ensure strong automated customer experience flows throughout the buyer journey
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Create marketing flyers and one-off assets as needed
- Support cross-functional marketing requests as the company scales
Requirements
- Strong HubSpot administration experience (required)
- Proven track record of demand generation results
- Experience managing email marketing, CRM workflows, and lead nurturing
- Ability to execute independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with SEO & AEO initiatives
- Nice to Have: Paid ads and performance marketing support experience
- Nice to Have: Experience in Real Estate or Home Services industry
