Own the B2B demand funnel from awareness to opportunity creation — building integrated campaigns that drive measurable growth in qualified leads and pipeline.
Design and optimize multi-channel programs, including paid media, email, webinars, events, partnerships, and content syndication.
Develop and manage the lead nurture strategy, using automation, segmentation, and personalization to increase conversion rates.
Build and monitor campaign performance dashboards, tracking MQL → SQL → pipeline conversion, CAC, and ROI across channels.
Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure messaging alignment, lead quality, and seamless handoff to sales.
Test and scale new growth experiments, identifying high-impact levers across channels and customer segments.
Partner with data and ops to improve attribution, forecasting, and funnel visibility.
Support go-to-market launches with acquisition strategies that generate awareness and demand within target districts and school systems.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing — ideally within SaaS, EdTech, or mission-driven tech environments.
Proven experience building and scaling full-funnel demand programs that drive measurable revenue impact.
Expertise with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — you can connect creative campaign ideas to hard performance data.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, and design to bring GTM campaigns to life.
A builder’s mindset — you’re hands-on, scrappy, and energized by testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
