💰 $75,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Build, QA, and deliver marketing emails in HTML/HubSpot for partners, associations, and Clasp audiences.
  • Manage nurture and reminder sends for event registrants.
  • Coordinate creation, partner review, launch, and measurement for paid campaigns across platforms.
  • Produce and ship event collateral (one-pagers, postcards, flyers, signage).
  • Implement minor-to-moderate website updates to partner/program landing pages.
  • Create and maintain reusable Canva templates and adapt assets for different roles/audiences.
  • Partner closely with Partner Success to route assets for partner approval, meet external deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed of status and next steps.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in lifecycle/email marketing, performance marketing support, or marketing operations (B2B2C a plus).
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot (or similar ESP), Canva, CMS workflows (Sanity or equivalent), and ad platforms (Meta/TikTok/Google).
  • Excellent project management: can juggle many concurrent requests, manage dependencies, and hit immovable event deadlines.
  • High attention to detail (disclaimers, compliance notes, correct dates/times, correct role/program naming).
