About the role

  • Perform direct care and supervisory duties, including client assessments and observing client to identify target behaviors
  • Collaborate with clients ages 2-21, families, and other service providers to develop the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP)
  • Identify and highlight child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Review and revise preference assessments, reinforcement, and other rehabilitative strategies and activities as prescribed by licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and in alignment with the ITP

Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Licensed in this Commonwealth in one of the following: Psychiatrist; Psychologist; Professional Counselor (LPC); Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT); Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with a mental health certification (CRNP); Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); Social Worker (LSW); Behavior Specialist (LBS)
  • Or professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and at least one of the following: BCaBA Certification or other Bachelor's level certification; OR Minimum of one year full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of twelve (12) credits in ABA; OR Minimum of one year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other Master's level certification in ABA and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA; OR PA License as a Psychologist and have a minimum of one year full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours training related to ABA.
