About the role
- Perform a variety of administrative duties associated with the Autism treatment process
- Serve as the coordinative link between operational personnel, Behavior Technicians (BTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), clients and their families, and other caregivers or stakeholders
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with regulatory and corporate policies while supporting children and adolescents receiving Autism services
- Assign and schedule Behavior Technician (BT) staff to maximize service delivery based on client needs
- Monitor productivity and utilization of assigned units and adjust staffing as needed to ensure coverage
- Maintain a roster of substitute BT staff and assign them as needed
- Monitor BT staff performance to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and care standards
- Process required documentation for client enrollment in Autism services
- Maintain accurate case management files and documentation for client service issues
- Provide clear and accurate information to clients and families regarding Autism services
- Maintain tracking systems for client authorizations, including start/end dates, review dates, and service units
- Ensure supervisory staff are informed of upcoming reauthorizations
- Obtain and distribute updated information from payers to appropriate staff
- Assist in gathering information for compliance reviews and audits
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred minimum of two years of experience working with children and/or families
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and analyze treatment plans and document case information accurately
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
