What you’ll need

3+ years of experience leading R&D teams in a fast-paced environment
5+ years of experience in backend development
Strong track record of building complex systems in Python
Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, and natural language interfaces
Experience building distributed, high-availability systems that handle real-time traffic and data
Proficiency in utilizing AI development tools, specifically Cursor and Claude
Strong background in cloud-native platforms, containerization, and modern CI/CD pipelines
Experience in the Cybersecurity industry
