About the role

  • Own the customer happiness and retention
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and nurturing relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Orchestrate the customer journey toward desired business outcomes and guide customers toward successful product adoption using product and industry subject matter expertise
  • Monitor customer health and usage and proactively address challenges to ensure customers maximize product value
  • Act as the quarterback of the customer experience, orchestrating internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) to align efforts and deliver a seamless experience
  • Work Pacific/Mountain timezone hours and travel up to 20%

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in the cybersecurity industry with emphasis on medical device security programs
  • Strong networking knowledge
  • Experience working within the healthcare sector/in healthcare environments (advantage)
  • Project Management experience and skills
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, social, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a quick learner with the ability to task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel (20%)
  • Availability to work Pacific/Mountain timezone working hours
