About the role
- Own the customer happiness and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and nurturing relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives
- Orchestrate the customer journey toward desired business outcomes and guide customers toward successful product adoption using product and industry subject matter expertise
- Monitor customer health and usage and proactively address challenges to ensure customers maximize product value
- Act as the quarterback of the customer experience, orchestrating internal teams (Support, Product, Sales) to align efforts and deliver a seamless experience
- Work Pacific/Mountain timezone hours and travel up to 20%
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in the cybersecurity industry with emphasis on medical device security programs
- Strong networking knowledge
- Experience working within the healthcare sector/in healthcare environments (advantage)
- Project Management experience and skills
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, social, and interpersonal skills
- Must be a quick learner with the ability to task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel (20%)
- Availability to work Pacific/Mountain timezone working hours
