About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage general ledger activities, month-end close, and financial reporting across multiple entities
Support the preparation of stand-alone and consolidated financial statements
Ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS
Deliver timely and accurate financial information to local management and the parent company
Maintain the General Ledger by analyzing, reconciling, and recording journal entries
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal and parent companies
Oversee subledger transactions in the GL
Support the Controller with ad hoc reports
Maintain multiple prepayments, accruals, loans, and deferred revenue schedules
Assist related entities' personnel regarding financial reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
4-6 years of experience in accounting or a related field
1-3 years of experience managing and supervising staff (Preferred)
1-3 years of Oracle ERP software required
1-3 years of experience in a multi-organization environment (Preferred)
Bilingual (English and Spanish) (High proficiency) (Preferred)
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
