End-to-End Product Development Management
This Technical Product Manager serves as a knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) internal and customer interactions
Guided new product development, including gap and competitive analysis, end-user research, and pricing analysis benchmarking
Collaborate with coordinating departments, including Presales, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance, to develop and execute a comprehensive project plan and strategy that spans product development through to launch.
Project Tracking, supervise team members’ documentation and task completion to ensure accurate status, provide accurate Project Scopes and Meeting Minutes to all stakeholders, and provide feedback to internal organizations.
Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing, and requesting constant updates from cross-functional teams.
Collect, analyze, and report on data, making adjustments to development plans as needed to facilitate a successful new product rollout.
Represent the voice of the end consumer throughout the development process.
Ensure that high standards of reliability, quality, usability, and measurement are adhered to throughout each phase of product development.
Requirements
4-6 years of Product Management experience required
4-6 years Strong technical knowledge for Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, MS Teams, and Voice integration technologies Required
4-6 years of Sound experience with connectivity and cloud technologies, such as SDWAN, Ethernet, MPLS, Internet and Cloud Connect Required
Bachelor's Degree Required
Master's Degree, MBA Preferred
Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
