About the role

  • Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to consultants as well as client personnel utilizing SAP ABAP
  • Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions
  • Design and develop SAP ABAP to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules
  • Manage and lead the design and development of customized RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects
  • Provide general technical support for our clients and other consulting resources

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience with SAP ABAP
  • Strong working experience in Fiori, OData, BAPI, and BADI
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge in SAP S4/HANA
  • Minimum of 3-4 full lifecycle SAP implementations
  • Strong experience in developing, testing, debugging, implementing, maintaining, and documenting ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) objects
  • Experience in middleware tools such as SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) is a plus
  • High level of experience with core SAP modules, including SD, FICO, EWM, MM, PP, TM
  • Flexibility and adaptability - Our consultants work on everything from design to hands-on development and can stretch into new roles
  • Willingness to support both project-based work as well as application-managed services (AMS)
  • Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and the ability to present and communicate findings and recommendations
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
