Develop and execute a comprehensive alumni relations program that effectively engages and cultivates relationships with alumni.
Plan and coordinate a variety of events and activities to foster connections between alumni and Clarke.
Collaborate with other Clarke departments to integrate alumni engagement initiatives into broader institutional activities and goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date alumni information.
Create and distribute regular communications to keep alumni informed about Clarke news and programs.
Develop and implement strategies to solicit alumni support, including volunteering, mentoring, and financial contributions.
Coordinate and support regional alumni groups or affinity groups to connect them to Clarke’s programs.
Track and evaluate the success of alumni engagement efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as communications or marketing.
At least five years of experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or related fields with a history of success in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership experience including managing committees and volunteers.
Familiarity with alumni relations software and CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge.
Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as necessary for events and activities.
