About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement branding strategies that align with company goals, market positioning, and customer needs
  • Represent the brand in person at branch locations, events, trade shows, or customer engagements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Work with marketing, sales, dealers, vendors, and operations teams to ensure all materials, communications, and activities reflect the correct brand’s values and image
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and messaging
  • Coordinate and participate in promotional campaigns, product launches, and events to increase brand awareness
  • Support field staff or customers on brand standards, product knowledge, and service expectations
  • Track brand metrics such as awareness, loyalty, and market share, and report findings to senior teams
  • Build relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and media to strengthen brand visibility

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or management
  • Professional communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Adobe and Microsoft suite experience required
  • Canva, Photography and Videography experience is a plus!
