• Perform a variety of duties to facilitate the criminal justice process
• Enter critical information in state & national crime databases
• Interpret court orders and disseminate information
• Manage and maintain a variety of confidential physical and digital records
• Process and maintain records by examining, verifying, coding, analyzing, and routing
• Responsible for complex support functions which require in-depth expertise
• Work varying shifts in a 24-hour operation including day, swing, and graveyard shifts
