💰 $65,000 - $75,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide ongoing client service support including Account Opening, Transfers, Move Money, Account Maintenance, and other account update requests.
  • Welcome new clients to CAM, get them set up in our systems, and assist with account opening and transfers.
  • Organize client files and folders, assist with client review preparation and follow-up templates, update client data in spreadsheets, planning software, and our CRM.
  • Work closely with our Lead Planners to assist in the preparation of meeting templates and agendas, and ensuring all action items from meetings are handled in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years as a Client Service Associate, OR high school diploma or equivalent (GED) and 10+ years as a Client Service Associate (in lieu of a degree)
  • 1+ years working with Schwab Advisor Center (or comparable custodian)
  • Experience maintaining client information in a CRM
  • Very clear communicator (verbal and written)
  • Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail
  • Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines)
  • Willing to learn and comfortable saying “I don’t know” or “I need help”
  • Consistently demonstrate core values (Service, Curiosity, Transparency, Humility, & Tenacity)
