💰 $60,000 - $70,000 per year
About the role
- Provide exceptional service to high-net-worth clients and support advisors
- Schwab Account Operations – Account Opening, Transfers, Move Money, Account Maintenance & Settings
- Client Lifecycle – Welcome new clients, set them up in systems, and remove them if relationship is terminated
- Call clients to confirm money movements and other requests
- Organize client files and folders (Box)
- Input client data into spreadsheets and planning software (MoneyGuide Pro)
- Update client data in CRM (Wealthbox) and maintain accurate client records
- Onboard new clients as the firm grows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years as a Client Service Associate OR High school diploma/GED and 10+ years as a Client Service Associate
- 1+ years working with Schwab Advisor Center (or comparable custodian)
- Experience maintaining client information in a CRM
- Very clear communicator (verbal and written)
- Very strong client orientation with exceptional attention to detail
- Well organized and respectful of client service standards (deadlines)
- Willing to learn and comfortable saying "I don’t know" or "I need help"
- Consistently demonstrate core values (Service, Curiosity, Transparency, Humility, & Tenacity)
- Must reside in the United States
- Available to work 9AM to 5PM ET
- Nice to have: Experience in an RIA (preferably fee-only & growth oriented)
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Schwab
- Nice to have: Familiarity with wealth service CRMs (Wealthbox, Redtail, etc.)
- Nice to have: Track record of effective remote work
- Nice to have: Track record of thriving in a small company "start-up" culture
