Identify user needs and requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Translate requirements into highly usable, efficient and delightful user interface designs: Design and specify product experience concepts using iterative design techniques, including persona creation, journey mapping, customer research and usability testing.
Participate in design and implementation reviews.
Create wireframes, prototypes, information architecture, pattern libraries, standards and guidelines.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and identify additional research needs as well as effectively communicate research findings.
Specify design and interaction requirements for development teams.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent and standardized designs across our products.
Maintain and enhance our product design systems, effectively collaborating with development teams to bring designs to life in our end products.
Plan and manage time appropriately to deliver high quality work on time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Library Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Cognitive Psychology, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 5 years of experience in a design-related discipline
3+ years’ experience in rapid wire-framing and prototyping tools, with strong preference for experience in Figma
Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as Angular is a plus
A portfolio demonstrating your experience creating great user-centered designs
Adept in the design and documentation of complex interfaces
Expertise in modern visual and interactive product design, specifically modern web technologies
Solid experience and competency performing and analyzing usability research.
