About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Establish and operate a federated portfolio governance model focused on standards and enablement
  • Enable portfolio-level visibility into performance, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Facilitate resource sharing and capacity planning across regions
  • Address capacity gaps and demand fluctuations with regional leaders
  • Resolve resource prioritization conflicts as an escalation point
  • Own selection and optimization of PMO tools and reporting platforms
  • Standardize data collection procedures for accurate and consistent reporting
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and reports on portfolio health, KPIs, and delivery performance
  • Translate operational metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
  • Enable adoption of standard project management processes, tools, and governance models globally
  • Co-design and contextualize project management methodologies and best practices with regional Project Managers
  • Ensure standard implementation methods are understood by regional delivery partners and contractors
  • Capture partner lessons learned and recommendations
  • Identify delivery methodology bottlenecks, waste, and variation
  • Monitor and report KPIs to enable data-driven process changes
  • Implement continuous process improvements across the global project portfolio
  • Lead project/program management for strategic initiatives supporting business objectives and organizational growth
  • Partner with clients, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders to define strategy, align priorities, and drive delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of combined experience in project/program management, professional services, software implementation, customer success, or customer support roles
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise project management tools, including Project Insights, Jira, and Power BI
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PMOCP, PRINCE2, or APM/IPMA
  • Intellectual Property experience would be beneficial
  • Experience with Clarivate Intellectual Property software products would be beneficial
  • Collaborative leadership style and passion for driving alignment, clarity, and positive outcomes across teams
  • Proven ability to operate in a cross-organizational role
  • Ability to work 2–3 days per week in a Clarivate office in EST or CST
  • Availability to travel 1–2 times a year for team collaboration
