About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing and business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop event concepts and strategies.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring that all activities are completed within financial constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure contracts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Develop event timelines and project plans, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, audio/visual requirements, catering, and transportation.
- Lead post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from stakeholders and using insights to improve future events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in corporate events
- Experience in B2B tradeshow events
- Experience in the Intellectual Property, legal, tech or finance space
