Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law and in good standing with the applicable bar association
5+ years’ experience as an attorney working primarily on complex, multinational mergers and acquisitions
At least 3 years at a large North American law firm as a corporate/M&A associate
Excellent negotiation, organizational and deal management skills
Enthusiasm for process improvement and client satisfaction
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Other language skills a plus
Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior executive leaders
Admitted in good standing to the bar of working location
