Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law and in good standing with the applicable bar association
  • 5+ years’ experience as an attorney working primarily on complex, multinational mergers and acquisitions
  • At least 3 years at a large North American law firm as a corporate/M&A associate
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational and deal management skills
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and client satisfaction
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Other language skills a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior executive leaders
  • Admitted in good standing to the bar of working location
