About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement advanced sales enablement programs and strategies to drive sales performance
  • Partner with sales team to align enablement initiatives with overall sales strategy and objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales enablement planning and resources
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage cross-functional projects to integrate enablement resources and initiatives across departments
  • Establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement programs and make recommendations to drive sales productivity and performance
  • Create, build, and deliver learning and coaching assets tailored to the needs of the sales team
  • Develop programs to improve seller skills, track skill improvement and align to success profiles
  • Lead onboarding of new sellers
  • Ensure implementation of live sales events, including Sales Kick Offs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience, ideally in both Sales Enablement and Sales
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation
  • Global experience including cross collaboration with functional teams and senior leadership
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC
  • Certifications in coaching or related field
  • Proficiency with Allego or other sales enablement platforms
