About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accurately source, research, evaluate, interpret, and enter Payer restrictions information into database using Gen AI for all therapeutic classes as assigned
- Collaborate with the Restrictions team to ensure consistency in interpretation of data
- Collection and appropriate storage of all supportive documentation for formulary and restrictions data
- Assist in Automation Workflow as it pertains to Restrictions Policy Research
- Assist in various Ad-Hoc Research Projects to meet Restrictions Deliverables for clients
- Effectively serves as validator and training resource for more junior staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS degree in Pharmaceutical Science
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare, formulary management and/or policy/restrictions used in management
- Understanding of benefit design and management strategies
- Extensive knowledge of Market Access/Managed Care data/PBM
- Proven track record of working in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to ever changing client and healthcare market demands
