About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the assigned territory and individual account plan coordination.
  • Influencing and motivating others in a matrixed sales organization.
  • Focusing on new and renewal business as part of expanding the company's footprint within the account.
  • Leading RFP coordination and development as needed.
  • Managing full portfolio forecast including specialty products and content.
  • Leading content demonstrations, engaging product specialists as appropriate.
  • Managing the overall health of the account.
  • Ensuring account plan is making progress and is aligned to other objectives in the account.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and issues are resolved.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in government / Academic market sales (B2B).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience using platforms such as Salesforce.com, Dynamics, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.
  • Experience with forecasting and reporting on key sales metrics.
  • Fluency in additional languages such as Dutch or French is a plus.
