About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the assigned territory and individual account plan coordination.
- Work closely with product specialists, trainers, and renewal teams.
- Focus on new and renewal business to grow long-term revenue.
- Lead RFP coordination and development as needed.
- Manage full portfolio forecast including specialty products and content.
- Lead content demonstrations with product specialists.
- Ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues with support teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in government/Academic market sales (B2B).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Advanced degree in Library Science or related field is preferred.
- Experience using platforms such as Salesforce.com, Dynamics, HubSpot, Gainsight.
- Experience with forecasting and reporting on key sales metrics.
- Fluency in additional languages such as Dutch or French is a plus.
