About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver expert IP law guidance to some of Clarivate’s largest and most complex US-based clients
Serve as a critical bridge between clients and internal teams
Manage client issues through Salesforce case creation, maintaining a client issues tracker
Collaborate closely with other Memotech IP Laws Consultants to deliver timely, comprehensive responses to client inquiries
Attend in-person, customer-facing events, conferences, and client visits
Draft & test requirements definitions for IP law updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree Law, Intellectual Property, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
7+ years of experience in the intellectual property industry
5+ years of experience with portfolio management software (preferably Memotech), docketing practice, or IP Law calculations
Advanced knowledge and understanding of Patent rules and procedures of the USPTO, EPO, PCT, WIPO and other national and international governing bodies
Experience with IP consulting, or with client management, with the ability to navigate complex & challenging clients’ situations
