Maintain support for onboarding, offboarding, maintenance of employee files, document creation, payroll inputs, leave administration, reimbursement processing, time & attendance, and other HR matters as required
Prepare documents including offer letters, employment contracts, job change letters, and termination paperwork based on existing templates
Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and coordinate with broader HR team
Ensure cases in HR Help (HR Case Management system) are answered according to policy or escalated to appropriate HR team members
Coordinate with the Data Management team to ensure colleague data and paperwork are accurately updated and filed within Workday
Maintain regular communication with Payroll and Benefits to ensure colleague information and necessary inputs are flowing appropriately
Report to the Senior Team Lead, People Services and provide general operational HR support as part of an international People Services Team
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of relevant human resources experience in HR Administration/People Services
1 year of experience working with policies, procedures and standards in an administrative role
Proficient in use of MS Office
Proficient in English
Availability to work core engagement hours within CET time zone
Hybrid work: able to work from Belgrade office 3 days every other week
(Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business related field
(Preferred) Previous experience with Workday
(Preferred) Experience working with benefits administration
