About the role
- Lead and execute primary and secondary research efforts for client projects
- Conduct qualitative research via desktop research and interviews with KOLs, physicians, providers, payors and industry experts
- Perform quantitative analysis (financial modelling, data manipulation, claims analysis) to develop product and market forecasts
- Synthesize large amounts of data into discrete stories and assumptions for clients
- Contribute to brainstorming and framework development to address client strategic needs
- Produce client deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, reports and white papers
- Engage on multiple client projects and manage time commitments
- Review and mentor more junior team members and support their development
- Support senior team members with business development: greenfield research, proposals and pitch books
- Participate in firm-building activities: knowledge management, internal training and recruiting
Requirements
- BA/BS in a life science or business-related field (required)
- At least 2 years of relevant consulting or advisory experience within life sciences/biopharma (2-3 years referenced)
- MS/MPH/MBA/PhD preferred
- Proficiency across various consulting and research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, primary & secondary research, analytic modelling and forecasting
- Experienced with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to conduct interviews with KOLs, physicians, providers, payors and industry experts
- Experience with financial modelling, data manipulation and claims analysis
- Ability to produce client deliverables (PowerPoint presentations, reports, white papers)
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and assume project management responsibilities over time
- Based in London, UK (hybrid working Liverpool Street office, 2-3 days/week)
- Availability for weekday (Monday - Friday) work
