Key responsibilities & impact

Leveraging your senior leadership network to identify and secure new business opportunities
Leading consultations with key pharmaceutical clients to facilitate deep-dive discussions around the CMR benchmarking data and programme membership
Acting as a thought partner to the CMR team to shape the future of Global R&D and Clinical programmes
Contributing to CMR’s external profile by generating content, including white papers, articles, and presentations.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant scientific or business field
10 Years of Relevant leadership experience in portfolio management, clinical operations, or benchmarking within a Top 20 Pharmaceutical company or a Top 5 global consultancy
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
A proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders to communicate complex value propositions and drive business growth
Demonstrated ability to translate data into high-impact industry analysis
Advanced skills in interpreting large-scale benchmarking datasets to provide nuanced strategic insights that address the most pressing challenges in life sciences R&D and operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
