About the role

  • Leveraging your senior leadership network to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Leading consultations with key pharmaceutical clients to facilitate deep-dive discussions around the CMR benchmarking data and programme membership
  • Acting as a thought partner to the CMR team to shape the future of Global R&D and Clinical programmes
  • Contributing to CMR’s external profile by generating content, including white papers, articles, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant scientific or business field
  • 10 Years of Relevant leadership experience in portfolio management, clinical operations, or benchmarking within a Top 20 Pharmaceutical company or a Top 5 global consultancy
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • A proven track record of engaging with and influencing C-suite and senior leadership stakeholders to communicate complex value propositions and drive business growth
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into high-impact industry analysis
  • Advanced skills in interpreting large-scale benchmarking datasets to provide nuanced strategic insights that address the most pressing challenges in life sciences R&D and operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
