About the role
- Drive Rowan sales strategy and deliver market expansion for the product line
- Develop innovative sales pipelines and cultivate high-level customer relationships
- Serve as trusted advisor through solution presentations, workshops, trials and proof of concepts
- Support clients using Rowan to draft and prosecute patents and lead adoption
- Provide sales insights and market feedback to senior leadership and product teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing
- Travel ~50% to meet with clients as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- 7+ years of professional work experience in sales and/or intellectual property or similar
- 3+ years of IP experience related to patent drafting work
- Past work experience as a Patent Attorney (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of USPTO patent filing requirements (preferred)
- Prior experience successfully selling into law firms and/or corporate legal teams (preferred)
