💰 $145,000 - $185,000 per year
About the role
- Secure, build and develop partnerships with Clarivate’s most important Global Clients
- Expand existing relationships, drive up within customer organizations, upsell and cross-sell solutions
- Lead key regional or multi-country strategic opportunities critical to account plans and financial goals
- Conduct whitespace analysis and own regional account strategy in conjunction with Global Account Lead
- Partner with Customer Experience, Solution Consulting and Marketing to optimize the customer journey
- Interface with Senior management, platform users, department/franchise heads, and brand teams
- Generate proposals, plan customer meetings, and form a Clarivate team to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain high level of customer, industry and product knowledge
- Manage Major Customers across multiple geographies within Life Sciences & Healthcare segment
- Work remotely in EST time zone with some travel as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field or relevant, equivalent work experience
- At least 10 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 5 years selling into large Pharmaceutical customers
- Experience selling complex and bespoke Data, Insights and/or Consulting solutions
- Active network of key stakeholders within Clinical, Marketing, Access & Commercial teams
- Consultative sales skills to identify, qualify and deliver solutions
- Experience orchestrating multi-dimensional client relationships in a matrix environment
- Ability to work core business hours in EST and flexibility to adjust to global time zones
- Some travel required
