About the role

  • We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join a new AI platform enablement team in Barcelona supporting our existing software application. Help reshape, grow, and support our application functionally into new frameworks within our fully cloud native environment, leveraging serverless technologies. Work with microservice development, full stack with Java background, expand skill set. Learn independently, research solutions and build POC. Collaborate and design with data science team and provide guidance on integrating complex features. Mentor peers, influence technical direction, own architectural decisions. Document project functionality (API, architecture, etc) and share with platform team. Design and produce clean code.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience developing software in Java Minimum 5 years of experience with JavaScript (React or Angular typescript) Minimum 5 years of experience working in Unix/Linux environments Experience using Docker and Kubernetes Experience using Elastisearch Experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS) Experience with SQL databases (eg Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, etc) Experience with NO SQL databases (eg Dynamo, MongoDB, DocumentDB, etc) Experience programming using Python for data development Experience with distributed microservice
