About the role

  • Constructing and deploying interesting, accurate, and compelling content in support of communications, operations and education plans
  • Write and develop engaging content for a remote workforce in consultation with subject matter experts for communications vehicles, operational and compliance processes, and education assets
  • Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites for content organization, accessibility, and user engagement
  • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
  • Adhere to budget and timelines
  • Collaborate with leadership team and business subject matter experts to design engaging content
  • Write creative and technical content for organization education, processes, and policies
  • Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Communications, or Organizational Development
  • 5+ years of content development experience (portfolio required)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint for site creation, content organization, and user permissions
  • Skilled in video editing and content development software (e.g., Articulate, SnagIt, Camtasia)
  • Knowledge Management (SharePoint)
  • Technical Skills: Office 365, basic HTML, SharePoint
  • Project management skills
  • Smartsheet (nice to have)
  • Life Sciences & Health experience (nice to have)
  • Internal corporate communications and newsletters experience (nice to have)
  • Instructional Design experience within a corporate setting (nice to have)
